Sun, half sun, average soil with average moisture.
Suitable for sunny borders, containers or for cutting. Combine with border perennials such as tall Phloxes, tall Asters, Echinaceas, or non-native perennials like Hemerocallis or hardy Geraniums. Aster can suffer with powdery mildew, to avoid this grown in a medium moist, rich soil, full sun and airy spot.
Hardy in zones 4 to 7/8. Deer and rabbit resistant. Attracts some native bees and honey bees.
Pot size : square 3.5" x 5" deep pot.
