Geranium pratense hybrid with chocolate-bronze foliage and blue-purple flowers. More vigorous than older cultivars.
Blooming Time: Flowers in early to mid summer (in cooler areas up to late summer).
Size: 24-26' tall x 28-30" wide clumps.
USDA Zones: Hardy in zones 4-8. Probably better performing in somewhat cooler areas, since this is a hybrid of European species of Geranium.
Culture: Full sun to half shade, average soil, loam, soil with some organic matter, neutral to alkaline soils.
Moisture Needs: average to slightly moist
Deer and rabbit resistant: yes/yes
Attracts Butterflies or Pollinators: no/honeybees and some smaller native bees
Attracts Hummingbirds: no
