Hybrid hellebore with large double white flowers with burgundy speckling concentrated toward the center of the petals. Vigorous and rich flowering cultivar.

18-24" tall and wide, evergreen leaves, flowers 2.5-3" in diameter, somewhat drooping.
Half shade, full shade, deep shade, adaptable to many soil types, including clay. Average moisture (medium or medium-moist) to medium-dry.
Hardy in zones 4 to 9.
Bee friendly, deer and rabbit resistant plants. Drought, salt and black walnut tolerant.
Pest, disease and trouble free plant. Damaged leaves can be cut off at the end of winter - before the new fragile leaves start to emerge. Plant can be also cut back some after flowering, but usually it is not necessary.
Best in woodland garden, woodland edges, better closer to the path, where it can be observed in early season. Leaves are ornamental too and the plant can be used as structural perennial, if planted with lower groundcovers or carex matrix.
Goes well with many half shade and shade perennials, including Omphalodes, Brunnera, Disporum, hardy Geranium, Pulmonaria, Hosta, Pulmonaria, Polygonatum, Primula, ...
