Moisture Needs: medium to medium-dry, dry, tolerant to summer droughts, heat and humidity
Origin: 2009 Brent Horvat's introduction (Intrinsic Perennials, Hebron, Illinois). Patented under PP21833, propagation for commercial purposes is prohibited.
Deer/rabbit resistant: no/no (depends on the deer/rabbit pressure, it's browsed whee overpopulated)
Tolerance to black walnut: yes
Attracts Butterflies or Pollinators: yes - some butterflies, honey bees, some native bees
