We guarantee that your plants will arrive healthy, properly labeled, and ready to grow.
Because plants are living products and success depends on weather, planting conditions, care, and timing after arrival, we cannot guarantee long-term performance once plants are planted in the ground or grown in containers.
If there is a problem with your order when it arrives, please contact us promptly so we can help. Include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and photos if damage occurred during shipping.
We want you to be satisfied with your order and will work with you to address legitimate concerns regarding plant condition or labeling at the time of delivery.
